We Can Help!
Chances are, you or someone you know in the Pismo Beach or Central Coast area is facing the possibility of foreclosure. But you need to understand that you are not alone and there are a number of options.
Today, 1 in 6 homeowners in America is in a distressed situation behind on mortgage payments. Approximately 1 in 4 are upside down in the mortgage where they owe more than the house is worth. The government is working at alleviating the foreclosure pressure with various programs such as mortgage modification. Since that program has been able to help only a fraction of those in distress, a new program was just unveiled on April 5th, 2010 called Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA). This short sale and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure program is aimed at owner occupied homeowners and includes a $3000 homeowner incentive to help the homeowner get relocated and move on with your life. To see if you are eligible, click on the button at the top right of the page regarding Government Program Eligibility and take a short survey to see how best you qualify for any of the programs available. Foreclosure can be avoided, your credit can be saved, and your financial future can be salvaged. Here is a short annimated video to help explain the new HAFA program:
More than ever it is important to work with agents who are experienced and knowledgable in short sales and the solutions available. As agents with the CDPE® Designation, we are kept abreast of the constant changes and new programs available. Through our experience handling short sales in Pismo Beach and the Central Coast, we've found that homeowners today have more questions than answers about their circumstances. We have created this site to help you understand the possible solutions to avoid foreclosure, as well as provide a detailed explanation of short sales, which may be the best course of action for some homeowners.
