Spencer & Margaret Morris have over 30 years combined experience in the real estate industry. They have a passion for those homeowners who have found themselves in a distressed situation to help them avoid foreclosure and find solutions via mortgage modification or short sale and have done so very successfully. They have the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation and have received extensive on-going training and education to better help the community. They also enjoy making dreams come true for first time homebuyers. Spencer is a strong negotiator and Margaret is attuned to details and together they make a great team!
